I noticed recently that our success-driven culture doesn’t like to talk about failure. And on the occasions when we do, we do it with hindsight – we talk about failure in the context of resulting success.
Are we afraid of failure? As a culture and as individuals?
Is failure ever a good thing? Steve Jobs seemed to think so.
Should we learn to accept – and even embrace – failure, recognising its value in our life journeys?
I have started this blog in order to start a conversation, for I certainly don’t have all the answers.
Please join in the conversation. It will be boring without you!
